Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1.  What if I need more updates than my package allows?

If you require additional content updates beyond your package limit, we offer extra update bundles at an additional cost. Each additional update bundle starts at $750 per set of extra updates. Contact us for custom pricing based on your needs.

2. Can I switch between packages if my needs change?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your package at the start of a new billing cycle. Just provide us with at least 14 days’ notice.

3. What happens if my website goes down?

For Package 3 clients, emergency fixes (security patches, downtime, form errors) are prioritized with a 24-hour response time. For Packages 1 & 2, general issue resolution follows the standard turnaround times outlined.

4. Do you provide custom website design or rebranding services?

No, full website redesigns and major structural changes are not included in these packages. However, we can provide a custom quote for these services upon request.

5. Will you create ad content, or do I need to provide materials?

For Package 2 & 3, we create ad visuals and copy within the scope of the package. If you have specific branding materials or assets, we can incorporate them into the campaigns.

6. Do you offer 24/7 social media monitoring?

No, engagement monitoring is provided Monday–Friday during standard business hours. We do not offer 24/7 monitoring unless agreed upon in a separate contract.

7. What if I want influencer marketing or video production?

These services are not included in any package but can be quoted separately.

8. Can I cancel my package at any time?

Yes, but we require 30 days’ written notice before canceling services. Long-term contract discounts may be voided if cancellation occurs before the end of the agreed term. Additionally, an early termination fee of 30% of the remaining contract value will be charged for contract holders canceling before the contract period ends.

9. What’s the minimum commitment for packages?

All packages require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure proper strategy execution and results. Shorter-term engagements are not available unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom contract.

10. What if I don’t use all my monthly updates?

Unused updates do not roll over and must be used within the billing period. Clients are encouraged to submit all required updates within their active billing cycle to maximize value.

11. Can I request revisions to my social media posts?

Yes, each post includes one round of revisions before publishing. Additional revisions beyond the included round may incur extra charges based on scope.
